I am considering moving into Barton's Crossing, but am curious about the garage. Is it dirty/smelly' Adequate spaces' (or is it a bear to pull into your spot) Are you at all concerned about coming home late at night'

I have lived in apartments where the garage parking was great and I have never had any issues but I have also lived in places where the apartments are great but the underground parking leaves much to the imagination (smelly, small spaces, etc...).

I lived in building 3 (220 Century Pl) for a year. The garage parking was easy to use, not dirty or smelly and seemed safe.

The garage parking spaces are definitely pretty small but at least they assign you a spot. The garages are not too dirty, but they are dark, and maintenence may put signs/junk in your parking spot.

Is the whole area safe? Could you walk down the block without fear? I'm a girl and would like to know this bc the building won't describe the area. I don't want to live someplace where I'll get mugged walking down the street.

The garage parking is nice. Very tight spaces though. I've only had one problem with a sewage line leaking. Bartons Crossing was nice paid to have my car cleaned. I've been dinged a couple of times parking above ground. The outside parking is VERY tight. They give you a hang tag for a second car. If you neglect to hang it you will get towed. The fee is $125.00 to get your car back.
