Just a warning. If you decide to live here and have two cars your first car will have a parking sticker and your second car will have a hang tag. If you forget to hang the tag after a long day, your car will be towed. The cost will be $125.00 after you have someone drive you to the A-1 towing lot. Bartons will NOT issue stickers for all of your personal or work cars. If they gave us all stickers, there wouldn't be accidental towing.

Second, the parking here is very tight. Above ground and below. Expect to get your car doors dented.

Third, the month of July was hard. Excessive fire alarms woke up the residents almost every night between 1am and 2am. Especially on the weekends! I hope the problem has been fixed!

Don't take my word for it, move in and find out for yourself! Just allot extra money for towing and car repairs.

i only have one car so i haven't had that problem but i was worried about towing for guests. I guess they were serious when they warned us about those tow trucks.yikes.

I just don't like the fact that they give the residents a sticker for underground parking. For additional above ground resident parking they give us a hang tag. For guests to park they give us a different hang tag. Just give the residents parking stickers and a hang tag for guests. There is no need to make it so complicated. If you have a second vehicle you can't park that second vehicle in your own assigned parking space with the "resident" hang tag or you will be towed. You have to remove the hang tag and affix the parking sticker, otherwise you will be towed out of your own parking space. This policy just seems crazy. No need to make it so difficult. Yikes is right!
