I moved in here recently. this place is solid.
I checked out many different places. But this place OVERALL is very solid.
No place will be 100% in every aspect unless you pay siginificantly higher rent elsewhere. For what its worth, this place delivers. Unlike other APTs, you'll get underground indoor parking. This place is overall clean, has very good staffs, and safe. Residents here are pretty good. I would highly recommend this place to any females who are concerned w/ any safety issues. This complex is located on a steep uphill. As a result it will likely to deter others from walking thru this complex unless you live here.
There's no ghetto people living here unlike other complexes which accepts section 8.
