Cheap and convenient: rent price includes utilities. Snow removal is atrociously bad. Heat and A/C have to be turned on for the whole complex, so you only have one or the other during the year. This sucks in the Spring especially. They can't seem to put the balcony screen doors on right. Poarking used to be OK, but now is a minor pain: if you get home after 8, you'll havce to park 50 yards further away from your building. Noisiness is more related to type of tenants than constrcution. Security officer patrols area at night. If you move in, thoroughly check everything on the move-in list: you WILL find stuff that is messed up. I wouldn't recommend it to most people, but I would to someone on a tight budget The community also seems to take steps to accomadate the disabled.
