Not to say that we have not had problems. The rental office is a bit difficult to deal with. They do not always make things clear. I have had two problems with that, but in the end they cleared them both up. Rent keeps going up, but sense you get all utilities paid, i'd say it's ok.

Noise is a bit of an issue for some i'm sure. Some apartments back up to the Lowes, and Lowes has and out side speaker system for the gardent department. Also, accross rt 1 is a fire department. But the sound fades quickly as they head away.

Crime is not bad, though I know of at least one shooting in my time here.
