I complained to management about the cigarette smoke coming in my apartment from the down stair, the first week I moved in. They told me they could not do anything about it. (they did not care about me and my family breeding in second hand smoke). My husband had to purchase some sort of sealer for the door to stop the smoky smell from coming in( which helped). There is roaches and everything in the apartment is old! There is no fire extinguisher in the building, when I reported this to the office one of the staff told me 'that is the way it is suppose to be', give me a break! A couple weeks ago there was someone going around robbing the washing machines.
Someone posted a review and mention that sometimes people exaggerate which is true but I would like to say that personally, I found none of the reviews that were negative to be blown out of proportion, everything that I have read; I can related to because they are TRUE. I have nothing to gain from exaggerating, I simple want people to know about Beacon Hill Apartment and my experience (I moved her five months ago because of the special, not worth it). Unfortunately I do not have anything good to say about Beacon Hill Apartments. I would not recommend it to my enemy.
