Where should I start. The office staff are friendly until you have the slightest problem. Then no one knows anything or its not their job. The office could be run better by a high school marketing class. The maintance staff comes in and out of your apartment at will leaving no notice other than all your lights left on, greasy foot prints on your carpet and grimy hand prints on all your light switches. Repairs are jury rigged temporary fixes, not repairs. Maybe I was just unlucky with my apartment, but I've lost count of the major problems it took maintance at least three tries to fix. Against my warnings a friend tried to move in the complex. After three weeks of frustration with the office staff he went some where else and moved in within days.
