They have the worst management possible! Very rude and obnoxiuos! Once there are any problems they treat you with no respect or sympathy and make it out like it is your fault. Our apartment used to have roaches and ants. I got rid of them myself. Like the other tenant we also had mice. During the summer time the crickets get in (I live on a ground floor) and begin chirping during the night! Now we also have some bed bugs that got in from other apartment. We had exterminator come six times and that did not help.
As someone mentioned previously there were some car break-ins and my car was one of those. There were about 6-8 cars that were broken in during that night. As I was standing next to my car with a smashed window one of the ground workers drove by on a truck and didnt even stop to ask what happened. Nobody here cares if you have problems. You are going to be a perfect tenant if you pay your rent, keep your mouth shut and preferably like pests because you are going to have them.
If you have a better alternative, use it!
