We had a pretty spacious apartment and that I liked. But there were just too many tenants in our apartment. The roaches were unbearable and then the mice started moving in. We caught mom and 4 of her kids in one week. The huge hole that was under our sink allowed for easy entrance. Also people would get in the stairwells and smoke like freight trains and the smoke would saturate the halls and come into the apartment.
If you love blaring sirens, then you absolutely love the sirens from the fire department here. And they are super active. Even in the wee hours of the morning, they will blare the sirens as the drive through the complex, instead of just flashing their lights as they go through, they blare those horns as loud and long as possible.
I can't say a lot for the staff either. All staff are great when they show you the property and do the paperwork. But after you move in, it's another story. I'm sure that it can be tiresome getting complaints of things that need to be fixed, but to be treated as though it is your fault and to get nasty attitudes are not called for. I was hung up on by one of the staff after trying to rectify a situation. Bitter and nasty attitudes are not what you look for or need when it comes to living at an apartment complex.
