From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   AWFUL PEOPLE, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU'VE SEEN WORSE THAN THESE UNPROFESSIONALS, THEN YOU'VE SEEN IT ALL. It's no lie, they'll start talking about you, your first in their office, before you leave the office!There're a number of apts. close to Beacon Hill that's far better. Stats don't lie... even if you don't believe all the reviews on this site, just go by and knock on few doors. The comment dated 7/19/2004 does sound suspicious. Why would anyone who's not connected to them in any way defend them so intensely' Unless it WAS written by them. Hmmmm.. And by the way, forget about to trying to contact the management co. about any problems you may have with them- nothing happening. Just go somewhere else. There're many better places less than 2 miles away.
