You Get What You Pay For

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Good Points: Place was huge, clean, and cheap. Maintenance always came quickly. I did not have a bug problem. Parking supply was endless. One mile to Metro.

Bad Points: A/C was horrible. Alarms from the shopping center were NOT worth the ten dollars discount per month. It is not the best of neighborhoods, but I never had a problem.

Evil Points: I have never met a worse management staff. They are some evil, evil people.
