I have lived in Beacon Hill for almost two years now, and enjoy the amount of apartment we get for our money! I also enjoy the "everything included" aspect of it, and don't worry about turning the heat up to 72 in the winter if I wish.
However, we had a pretty severe roach problem (roaches in the DISHWASHER)but that seems to have been taken care of. The heating/air conditioning tends to be a pain when its 85 in March and you can't turn on the air conditioning, but its tolerable. Someone puked at the bottom of the stairway a week ago and its still not totally cleaned up, and one of our neighbors smokes weed on a consistant basis and our complaint calls yield a security guard but no real results.
