ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I've lived in Beacon Hill for about 4 years and the area, staff and apartments are turning for the worse each year. In 2002, when I went there they were all smiles, extremely friendly and showed me a beautiful model. Once the lease was signed everything turned sour. Want a list' here we go:
1. They put me and my daughter (I'm a single mother) in an older building which I didnt mind too much cause the apt was on a year lease rent special.
2. The dish washer didnt work
3. Balcony door has repeatedly come off of the sliding track.
4. Staff is constantly changing (have the ever heard of employee retention') and getting more rude as each day passes.
5. The grounds by the leasing office are well manicured but everywhere else they can be overgrown @ times.
6. Last but certainly not lease, the CONSISTENT increase of at LEAST $75 yearly in the montly rent.
Rest assured this is my LAST year @ Beacon Hill. Lease is up in November and another place will be seeing me soon. There is NOTHING about this place that is worth almost $1200.
I can pay a mortgage for that so my advice.........
STAY AWAY..............
