Overall, I really liked my one bedroom apartment. I rented from May to October. Had all new appliances in the kitchen and new carpet. Bathroom needed upgrading, but it was sufficient. No bugs that I saw. My neighbors were friendly. I would recommend it. Seems like management was always looking for a way to raise the rent, for short-term renters, but not a bad place to be. I was happy there.
