I have lived here for 9 months so far and I haven't had any real problems. Despite other reviewers problems with roaches, I have not seen a single one in my apartment - and maintenance sprayed all apartments at one point, even though I never saw any bugs or requested this. We had a brand new oven and fridge when we moved in. All utilities were included. A/C is cold and heat is plenty hot. Parking isn't a problem. My floor is extremely quiet - I've barely ever even heard my neighbors. Maybe my living in the main building where the rental office is located has something to do with better upkeep. My only complaints would be that there isn't much to do in walking distance and there aren't many other tenants under 25. Additionally, it is somewhat inconvenient that they wait until May 15 to turn on the AC.
