Belle Haven Towers

no major complaints -- give it time, just give it time From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I've lived here for two years, building 6038. There are roaches here. They normally are prevelant during the winter months. This is my only major complaint, of course the car theft around, but I don't have a car. I've noticed, there are also prostitutes that hang out at the front of the building, right off of Richmond Highway. You can check with the Fairfax County police to verify this because they are always around telling these folks to move on.
