too expensive, too rundown, too smelly, too many ROACHES! Just opened a so-called onsite "store" with people working that know hardly any English! I also saw a dead roach in the store . . . next to the honey buns. Just put a new washer machine system in (mind you, NOT new washer-machines, because the old ones constantly break down) that forces you to spend at least $10. Car theft happens occasionally here.
