I have lived here for about three years. It was nice enough at first, with modest but decent size and quality of rooms. Neighbors are pleasant and quiet, but in the last several months, we have had a Major Roach Infestation! Nothing seems to get rid of them!! Also, the trash room is disgusting, and a nasty smell permeates the hallways and rooms on the terrace levels. But believe me, the roaches are the worst. Sometimes I'm afraid they might carry my cat away! :)
