I have lived here for 3 years, here's what I think.

- overall friendly staff, except one bitchy lady, who became nice afterwards. :-)
- very close to Metro, but a friend of mine foiled a mugging attempt on the Metro path, so it's not 100% safe, since most of the path is not lighted (not their fault, since the path is off their property, but they could make an attempt to light it, no')
- very close to Shoppers, Staples, etc, but there has been violent incidents along Richmond Hwy going south towards the stores
- YES, there are prostitutes at the bus stops on Richmond Hwy... too many motels in the same area!
- YES, there are roaches, seems to have increased in the past year! Pest control comes and goes, but no change.
- the inside of my apartment is ok, I set up my own place, i like it... but once the apartment upstairs got flooded, and I had water coming through the ceilings.
- maintenance is usually quick to respond, but once they left my door unlocked.
- parking is great, for myself, for guests, also empty spaces, even when some spaces are closed off due to renovation
- little store opened downstairs.. convenient and friendly
