I definitely do not recommend this apartment complex. Our unit was infested with roaches, the kitchen appliances were ancient, the dishwasher had insulation peeling off from the side of it, the carpets were disgusting, and the air quality was so bad that we were all sick frequently. The maangement company doesn't make things any better. The office staff is incompetent, to say the least - they often forgot to write things down in our file, and we always got conflicting answers on policies. They charged us an astronomical amount of money in damages, which was mostly for the gross carpet that wasn't our fault, and refused to make out the refunded deposit check (only $50 after all of the deductions) to only one person so it couldn't be cashed.
