I?ve lived here for about a year. The roach problem the past few months has been outrageous, although it does seem to finally be getting a bit better.



My boyfriend?s van was stolen about a month ago. Since then he?s been looking at the parking lot and has called the police several times for people trying to break into cars. We alerted Management and asked them to post something about theft, but they refused. We asked them to put a little blurb in the newsletter, they said they would but didn?t. Apparently the Neighborhood Watch president passed away, but Management hasn?t bothered to notify tenants that the position is open.

Otherwise, I like the apt. Once in awhile I can hear other tennants around me, but usually it's pretty quiet. There is quite a diversity of tennants but everyone gets along. It's nice to be walking distance to the metro, but that could also be why crime is bad.
