An affordable and nice place to live, but, a constant stench of rotting garbage from the trash room permeates the terrace level and reeks up the elevator shaft. If you can avoid the terrace level and utilize the lobby level for entrance the smell can be bypassed. Otherwise the stench is horrendous. Anyone, including guests, entering by the terrace level will be overcome by the smell, quite embarrasing... some sort of ventilating system for the trash room is badly needed. Management is aware of the problem because they rent the apts on this floor for a discount.
