I've lived here for about a month and I'm very happy so far. I think the roach problem that everyone is talking about depends on which building you're in, because I haven't seen a single one in my time here. The Huntington Metro is about a 15 minute walk away and the grounds seem pretty safe. Parking is always ample (might not get one directly in front of your building at night, but you'll always fine one nearby). Plenty of restaurants (Five Guys, Friday's, Panera) and shopping (Target, Blockbuster, Wal-Mart) right down Richmond, and I've also never had a problem with noise. Overall, it's a fantastic place for the price.
