Not bad, but could be better

We have lived in 6034 for two years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean. We haven't had any problems with noisy neighbors. However, there are some issues with the structure of our apartment. First, the bathroom is built on a slant. No matter what we do, the shower leaks all over the bathroom floor EVERY time we take a shower. We have tried everything. Management can't seem to resolve the problem. Second, the windows leak when it rains. This problem isn't too bad. If there is an especially strong rain storm, the leaking can be really bad. We can't hang anything on the walls near the windows.
While those problems were a little irritating, we were willing to overlook them. The location is perfect. My biggest problem is the sudden infestation of roaches. For two years, I had never seen a bug in my apartment. About a week ago, I came home and found about five roaches in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. We are very clean people, so I was baffled. Management came out and exterminated immediately. However, I am still finding bugs. They said that they would send the exterminator to our apartment twice a month. If that doesn't help, we will definitely find another place to live. Water on the bathroom floor is one thing. Roaches are completely unacceptable.
We were hoping to stay here while we save up for a house. I don't think we will.
