We have lived in Belle Haven Towers for 14 years. The grounds and buildings are always extremely clean. What we like best is the "quiet". We have never had noisy neighbors. There are many styles of apartments to choose from. Because we have a cat, we live in 6036. There is ample parking. The rental office managed by Joan does a superb job in keeping the tenants happy. The grounds are well maintained. The shrubs and grass always look neat. The building engineers are the best. They too, go out of their way to quickly remedy any problem. The floors and carpets in the common areas are always clean and well vacuumed. In the winter they take extra steps to get the snow off the walks and out of the parking areas so tenants can walk to the Metro or drive. In all of our years we have seen perhaps 10 roaches. This occurs when new tenants move in, but the pest control people are always scheduled on a routine maintenance. Security makes patrols all night long. We love BHT.

First of all, this MUST have been written by mangement! Who in the heck; when placing a post writes "Great Value, superb staff and you will love the location" as their header? Plus, who in the world, after 14 years would say "There are many styles of apartments to choose from."? N one writes like that unless they're affiliated with the management! No, no. You must request the pest control and the only reason there are less roaches is b/c the cats eat them. 6036 is the only relatively roach free building but that is contingent that there isn't a neighbor that has an infestation. We literally had 50 roaches coming down from the balcony of the upstairs apartment that had to be renovated due to the filth. People don't use the trash chute at times. As for the snow removal. HA! The plow buries your car and they create snow humps that you get high centered on. Spaces are rare after 6pm. GIANT HILL!Quiet??? Are you crazy? Constant slamming of doors will drive you insane! From apt to apt you cannot hear, but from the hallway you could hear a mouse pee onto cotton in the apt. and vice versa. From the apt. you can hear everything in the hallway. They do a good job of landscaping and keeping it clean. But it's really just lipstick on a pig! A relatively good value for the price. Not a place I can imagine anyone wanting to stay for 14 years. Well there are a few hermits. Office staff is pretty good.
