Bolling Brock is filled with drug addicts and cockroaches. There is no pest control, our neighbors are dirty and my boyfriend's mom was attacked in the parking lot by one of our neighbors. The halls always smell like burnt food. A chained up motor scooter was stolen in August and a woman was beaten up in the parking lot. The police are out here almost every night. and we cant wait to move to ANY other place. This is no way for any one to live. Pet owners do not pick up after their pets. I couldn't believe that someone enjoys their life here. They must get high or drunk everynight or they must be delirious. Our neighbor is always on drugs and they play all this music from the 70's and 80's.
