I lived here for 1 year. Mercfully i got to move out in october. Public housing in SE DC could beat living in here. The main tower has a crumbling foundation mainly b/c it's so old. There are roaches all over building and when you walk down the hallways of ANY floor you'll know why. That's how dirty the hallways are not to mention their bad odor. Crime in this section of ALexandria is high and that's all due to this tower and the rest of bolling brook. One guy got beat up right in front of the tower on the corner at 10 pm. There is no very badly needed security and you never see the police from alexandria or arlington unless a crime has already happen. There are a lot of wackos that walk around the parking lot. One more thing, you'd better be careful when you drive here. There is at least one accident close to the tower every week. Overall, there are better places to go with your money. Hey, even public housing may not be bad compared to this place.
