I've lived in the garden style condos for 2 years and its great. Really convenient for me (King St/395)...20 minutes to work in Tysons, 10 mins to DC, really close to Shirlington and Pentagon. Because these are condos, each individual apartment is probably different. The unit I'm renting has hardwoods, granite, all new appliances (including washer/dryer!!). The balcony is nice and the rooms are pretty big. I also love the assigned parking at the door.
