They are being fully renovated as tennants move out, so chances are you will have a new kitchen, bathroom and carpet throughout. DASH buses run right past the apartments to the Metro and Old Town. Great amenities nearby including fitness centers, shops, and close to 395 and DC. A very quiet community - ideal for people who are independent (ie there are no organized groups/social events etc) and like a quiet, well maintained place to come home to. Security is great, maintenance is prompt and efficient, staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
