I have lived in Braddock Lee for two years and have to say that while the location is great (right off 395), the overall noise level leaves something to be desired. I hear my neighbors constantly, and can even make out the words when they argue. My apartment is often rattled by the thumping bass of their stereo as well.
Having lived on both first and second floor apartments, I definitely recommend the latter. While living on the first floor, I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking around (wearing shoes on a hardwood floor!) all the time.
The parking is adequate as long as you are home before 8PM (there are no reserved spaces).
Unfortunately, in this complex, you are at the mercy of the considerateness of your neighbors. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
