Hi,
I moved to this apartment for a month. I knew that I am moving this year and I tracked the posts of this web site for over a year. I am so happy that I review this web site and chose Braddock Lee.
The greatest part is the value. The rent is not cheap but what you can get are:
Good Management: based on my understanding, there are only 200 units. Braddock has its own maintainance team to serve the residents of the 200 units. Most apartments in this area have more units with similar number of crew. Of course the residents here has better care.
Great Staff: from day one I personally experience this. As long as you have a question about apartment or any issues (keys, mail packages, whatever, you name it) you just head to the leasing Office. The staff there are so GREAT! They will really try to help you and it is great!
Parking: I never have any problem parking here. Sometimes I went home later but I still see empty parking spaces in the lot.
Noise: I can't say that I never hear my neighbor. I heart my neighbor in the monring before 7AM, when it is all quiet out and you and your neighbors just get up. The noise part is kind of beyond the management control. It all depends on your neighbors. It is a common issue of garden style apartment. When you decide to move, you know that the garden style apartment will have much fewer people to use your entrance (better security) but you might hear your neighbors sometimes. About the outside noise, I don't hear traffic noise and it is really quiet.
Nice Neighbors: When I walk to my apartments, I often see some kids only or with their parents hanging outsides. This is really a family-friendly neighborhood.
Landscape: Come to see it yourself. I like the way it looks outside. It's organized and all green. I can just sit on my chair and look outside the window for the whole afternoon. My neighbor who has stayed here for more than 10 years told me that it looks nice during the spring and summer but it looks even nicer in winter. I don't know if it is true but I really look forward seeing it.
Storage: Every unit has a storage room down on the first floor. The size of the storage room is around 6'x6'. The laundry room and trash room are both on the firs floor. It means that we don't need to go out in hot summer or snowing winter to take out the trash.
By the way, all utilities are included.
If you plan to move soon to a nice place, I suggest that you track all the posts on this web site. Pick top 3 and go visit them all. I wish you good luck!
