Beautiful area From: youphoric Date posted: 1/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've been here for about a year, and I love the community. I won't be renewing, only because I'm getting a roomate. That's besides the point. The apartments are quiet while you're in them, or at least my neighbors are quiet. The paint is bubbling in a few places, and the pipe clogging comment is true. But, I love how quaint this property looks, and would reccomend it to anyone who can afford it. One thing on maintenance: A few months back the covers of the radiators were to be replaced. They were, but with plywood. I still have those two pieces of plywood screwed to the radiator.
