The place is a burglary-ridden hole.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
My car was broken into twice, I saw 3 people arrested in the neighborhood, and there were constant flyers about physical assaults that occurred in the neighborhood. The cockroaches are big, ugly, and impossible to get rid of. The office staff is rude and pretentious.

However, the maintenance staff is good. They respond quickly and most of them know what they're doing. It's just a shame that you need their help so incredibly frequently.
