The parking regulations are outrageous!!
It?s impossible to have impromtu gatherings of family and friends. You have to do a lot of pre-planning to make sure your guests won?t be towed!! If a friend is picking you up and comes to your door - their car will probably be towed before you both get back to your car. It happened!
The office staff is pleasant to deal with before you sign the leasen - afterwards it?s difficult to get a hold of them via phone.
Security deposits -- It has taken my housemate and I two and a half months to get our security deposit back. You really have to hound them because they won?t call you back!
Security -- lights come on sporadically - the property needs to be better lit.
No recycling what so ever - a BIG MINUS
Trash area - not big enough.
Laundry facilities - POOR - three machines and two dryers for two buildings
On a positive note - our neighbors were very friendly and we never had any issues with them.
