You do not want visitors to come after 7:00 PM. They will tow your car right at 7:01. I mean it. VIsitor parking is a joke. You have to provide your visitors car in advance and you will get only three pass per month. Water bill is expensive because you share it with the community. So it does not matter if you use water or not. Not fair for soneone who does not use lauandary or use much water. Roach problem exsist.
