I totally agree with the other postings that warn potential renters not to rent from Brookdale. I just moved in a month ago and since before day one I have had nothing but problems. The den doors won't stay on track, the vertical blinds fall down and break when you touch them I don't even have a dead bolt lock that locks (serious safety concern) and maintenance is clueless as to how to fix anything. You have to kill roaches on an all day basis and shoo the squirrels off of your balcony. I have written a letter of complaint to the Management Office the first week of December and I was promised that everything would be taken care of. To no avail I am encountering the same problems. I hear car alarms going off all night and I have to get up to make sure it's not my car that is being broken into. Brookdale at Mark Center is a big fat joke. I am seriously thinking about breaking my lease. I would discourage anyone from living at this dump.
