I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews. Being a single woman living here I have never run into any problems but I do not feel safe at night.

Parking- complete nightmare if you ever have visitors, imagine 15 spaces on one end of the complex and maybe 50 on the other end. Now imagine 150 people visiting, never any parking. My boyfriend has actually waited for a tow truck to tow someone without a permit just to find a space. They now have issued hard guest passes which means residents park in the guests lots also when they have more cars than resident passes. The repaving incident as one reviewer describes was haneous, I drove around for 30 min to find parking.

Laundry-
Lets see I love the description of the laundry room as a set for a slasher flick. I felt the exact same way everytime I went down there. I didn't have too many problems finding machines to do my laundry in but when I started missing laundry I decided never to do my laundry there again.

Bugs-
They have sprayed once the entire year I have been here. I have roaches, sprickets and god only knows what else crawling around my kitchen. I have tried everything to alleviate the problem but to no avail. My cats are better bug catchers than the maintenance staff.

Garbage-
Constantly piled in front of the dumpster and when you open the dumpster it is empty. People do not know how to read signs. I feel really sorry for the people who live in front of the dumpsters.

Maintenance-
This has been my biggest problem. I had 5 calls to the maintenance staff to fix my heat in the middle of winter. A new person would come out everytime and do the same thing as everyone else had, go in the boiler room and hit some kind of emergency valve so my apt would go from 50 to 85 in 15 min. They would leave and it would go back to 50 in a matter of hours. There seemed to be no record of any previous calls about the heat, I informed the 5th person to come out that he was in fact the 5th person. It was finally fixed, but why should I have to tell him he was the 5th person, why didn't someone notice my frequent complaints in a matter of 2 weeks and take some action. I did have prompt service when the sewer lines backed up and exploded all over my kitchen but needless to say it would have been nice if that could have been prevented.

Office Staff-
Incredibly rude, I feel as though I'm asking them a personal favor everytime I have a question. They were sweet as pie when I signed my lease but they turn on you after that.

Noise level-
I think my upstairs neighbors are into feng shui and feel the need to constantly rearrange the furniture at all hours of the night. They like to party on the weekends to the point I can hear their conversations clearly.

Overall I have had a bad experience here and would not recommend it to friend or foe.
