Must love pretentious leasing managers and big bugs.

Ive recently moved and now that the nightmares have subsided I feel comfortable enough to write about my experience at Brookdale. This is an attempt to inform my fellow consumers of the problems you will discover while renting at Brookdale apartments.
There is a bug problem; bugs that Ive never seen before came crawling in from the utility pipes and under the poorly hung front door. I now own stock in Raid. and should begin detox to pull the very chemicals that provided a safety bubble between me and hordes of bugs that saw me as part of the food chain.
There is a great distance between the letter of the lease and the spirit of the lease. Face the facts, the lease is designed to siphon money out of your pocket, the lease lacks balance and favors the property owner. The letter of the lease forbids multiple families from living in the same small apartment, but the spirit of the lease combined managements constant measuring of tenants adversity index to do just enough to prevent mass exodus. You are left with a community culture where lease abiding tenants hang in the balance and never really enjoy their living space.
My personal adversity index has increased while living at Brookdale, another translation would be that Ive learned to be treated like Poo and have begun to look forward to hearing 20 feet pounding the floor of the apartment above me while chasing bugs around with a can in insecticide. This is no way to go through life.
The location of Brookdale was initially attractive, but I soon realized that the unusually stringent traffic controls on surface streets servicing the apartment undermined the appeal of its location, you cannot turn right on red in any direction at Sanger and Beauregard, its due to the community center located across Sanger from the apartment complex. This complex is like a magnet and is always busy, so you expect to hear the thumping of many base speakers and plenty of arguing over whether or not someone really fouled the player with the ball.
Now my favorite part of the review.the leasing office. The Female leasing manager made the claim I know a lot about customer service, but she apparently only uses this vast knowledge while interfacing with her corporate office. She certainly doesnt use this depth of knowledge on paying customers; she is prone to self flattery and has no social monitor. The subtlety of a chainsaw lacking all social graces.
In fact, her contemptuous demeanor was insulting, her incessant scowling after realizing that my parking in the future resident parking spaces was only a ploy to illicit customer service. If you dont mind the leasing staff walking away and disappearing for 5 minutes in the middle of your dialogue, heckthis is the place for you.
Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Move along folksnothing to see here.
