Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Horrible Parking, rude and incompetent staff, the business center is constantly having problems with equipment, the trash is always overflowing, the bugs are always crawling, the apartments are very cheaply built (you can hear everything from your neighbors), balconies used as storage and nothing is done about it. It is quiet though and somewhat convenient.
