parking issues

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've had mostly pleasant experiences w/ the staff & lived here over 1yr...but, if you plan on going out for the night you will not have a parking space available if you return after 10pm. You can park on the street but must move your car b/f 6:59 am b/c you will be ticketed $30. Also, if you own more than one vehicle, prepare yourself for a trip to the leasing office every two weeks for a temporary parking permit. good luck!
