Definitely worth the money

My stay at the Brookville Townhomes can best be described as peaceful and quiet. I really have no complaints. Yes, management changed frequently, but I never dealt with them at all. Just basically drop off the rent check, that was the extent of it. Appliances were in decent shape, if ever anything broke, maintenance was there to fix it promptly. Neighbors are very quiet at night, lots of families and new couples just starting out. I definitely recommend as a first house to rent, price is very reasonable, especially if you have a roommate. The third bedroom is small, basically good for storage or a small bed and desk for visitor's. Parking was not a problem (except for the jerk who kept parking in my spot) and ample visitor parking. Idyllic setting in a nice community, great place to jog, close to Duke Street stores, Landmark mall, King Street, etc. Safe neighborhood, neighbors were a bit aloof, but most people are these days. I highly recommend this unique townhome rental community and would still be living there if I could find a decent roommate.
