Think twice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   We lived here for 2+ years and they were okay but certainly not great. Plus they raised our rent 20% year over year, the first year without giving us the state-required 60 days notice. They also were pretty poor at coming out to make repairs on things. We had to call about our washing machine a ton of times before they finally replaced it (it was leaking). The construction leaves something to be desired too - absolutely no insulation in the walls which makes your utility bills higher. And, the staff that was there when we were was basically unhelpful and lazy. It always required a ton of follow up calls and personal visits to the office to get anything done.
