The landlord first lied and told us the townhomes with basements were finished...when we moved in we had a basement that looked like something out of a horror movie and one of us had to sleep down there...pipes, dust, wires and bugs everywhere, no electrical outlets, one heating duct. Totally got screwed. We also had a cockroach infestation the entire time we lived there that they could not get rid of. That said, maintenance was usually prompt and the grounds are nice.
