My wife and I lived here since 1999 and it's been great! The location is very, very nice. There's a beautiful jogging path behind the complexes. The nearby street are not overly travelled. And they neighbors are very friendly. Actually, during the blizzard of 2003, we all helped each other dig our out of the snow. More on location, Landmark Mall is a short walk uphill (under 10 minutes door to door). You have multiple access points to 395 and 495.

As for the townhome, we had a 3 bedroom. The third bedroom wasn't much of a room. But, it functioned well as the computer room / office. Everything seemed to work okay. We had a few things breakdown, but the maintenance staff (VERY friendly), always fixed stuff right away.

Our main "complaint" would have to be the AC. During the summer, downstairs would be nice and cool, and upstairs would be at least 20 degrees hotter. We bought a bunch of fans to help circulate the air from downstairs, but you could still feel the temperature difference walking from downstairs to upstairs. On the flipside, the heat works very well during the winter.

Other small things.... not all the outlets have 3 prong plugs. We had to buy some of those grey 3 prong plug adapters from Home Depot. The fuse box is a fuse box, not a circuit breaker... and it's behind the washer and dryer. So, if something blows, you have to move the washer to replace the fuse. Oh yeah, they are the old screw in fuses.

Parking is much better than most townhomes without garages. The community has feeder roads on all the streets, so if you have a sticker, you can park on the feeder roads. Guests have ample parking in the main street. So, guests don't have to park around the block when they visit... they can park relatively close to your place.
