I lived in Brookville Townhomes for a year, and it would have been a pleasant experience had it not been for the bugs. There was a cockroach infestation that no amount of extermination could supplant. Big ones, little ones, you could practically chart their growth cycles. In addition to that, there would also be other seasonal infestations throughout the calendar year: worms in the spring, rollie-polies in the summer, crickets in the fall. However, the staff was always courteous and prompt about getting the exterminators out to my place, and nothing broke the entire time I was living in my unit. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I guess the main problem is that the place was just old, poorly constructed, and dumpy. For what I paid, you could get a nice bug-free apartment with amenities.
