i can't believe this place still is standing. Did a search online from my apartment in orange county calif and blew my mind to see a childhood dwelling, that back in 1963 was pretty crappy is still around and charging outrageous rents.. I thought Southern California was insane untill I saw this. It was actually slummy back in '63 but to an 8 year old who watched
the black and white tv nightmare of the death of president Kennedy in a Brookville "living room" it didn't matter. I do remember the basements were cool! All us BabyBoomer kids lived in the "family room" playroom basements and ran wild putting on plays and blasting our Beatles 45's!!
