We have had nothing but positive experiences with the Brookville community. We have had several problems which needed maintenance help, but if I called in the morning, the issue was alway fixed by the time I returned home at night. Parking was never a problem, and the office staff is great. The only drawback to the place is the insulation, of which there is none. Our heat and A/C bills were always a bit outrageous, and you can feel strong drafts through the windows. The power goes out quite often in the complex, but just this week Dominion Power was out removing trees that interfere with the power lines, so the problem should be resolved soon. For the price, the space is great, I hope my next home is as pleasing.
