I just recently moved back to the area and I love my townhome. When I lived in the area back in 98, I owned a townhome in Fairlington Towne, next to Bradlee Shopping Center off King Street, I am sorry I sold it for $135,000, now they are selling for over $365,000. I cannot afford to buy again, but found Brookville which is the matching twin to Fairlington Towne, they were built by the same builder. So, I have my townhome again with the exact same floorplan, it is great. Brookville is actually more updated, I think they recently gutted them, everything looks new or very close to new.
