This place was so nice a year ago. But now it is full to the top with wall-to-wall hoodlums.
It has become a very scary environment, with kids running amuck and ripping up the wooden fences to traverse the nieghborhood. A lot of gang activity here folks-specifically MS-13.
Parking is almost impossible if you get here later than 10 pm. A tow truck used to be around all the time, I haven't seen one in weeks.
There is an abandoned car or two now.
What a shame. I really liked it at first, now it's just turning into another 'hood.
Renters: Visit on a Saturday night before signing a lease with Brookville.

someone is oboviously bitter...I have lived at Brookville for more than 2 years and still feel comfortable walking around the property at night...Rumours, Rumours, Rumours....yes there are kids around, teen agers....gangsta's I think NOT! Most of the riff raff that walk through the poperty are kids from Willow Run! Its the bitter people that should leave and let the happy people be happy. The last time I spoke with the office people the fences were just coming down due to age and there is already a contract to have them renewed-repaired.......
