I have lived here for a year and a half and really enjoyed the experience. The maintenace company is quick to respond - even on a late saturday night! Rent is a little steep - but you are living in a townhome. The only downside is that it's close to Van Dorn Street and if you have your windows open you can hear the street noise. Plus the apartments behind the community (on Taney Ave) are GHETTO! The hoodlums hangout alot. The police patrol the area and if you call them they will come out and shew them away. Which is fine.
